SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility

Have you ever needed to print, fax, or convert one or more forms from several patients' prenatal charts but found opening each one, selecting the forms to print, printing and then closing the charts tedious? Well, now the SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility enables you to accomplish all that with just a few mouse clicks.

The SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility is fully integrated with the SmartOB Prenatal Forms version 3.15 and above. Versions prior to 3.15 will require the user to manually suppress any windows that may pop-up on opening the forms. After version 3.15, those windows are automatically suppressed while the SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility opens and closes the forms.

 It runs in Excel 2003 and above. You must have Macros running in Excel for the SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility to function. how to turn on Macros
