SmartOB Forms Customization Utility

The new SmartOB Prenatal Forms allow the User to place a significant amount of User-Specific data including Hospitals, Insurances, Pediatricians, Users, and Practitioners into their templates as well as customizing the Headers etc. New versions will allow even more customizations by the User. Rather than have to re-enter all that data on new versions of the SmartOB forms as they are released, this utility will allow the User to copy the data from the User's previous template forms to the new forms. This utility must reside in the same directory as the new version of the SmartOB Prenatal Forms that you wish to customize.

The SmartOB Forms Customization Utility is fully integrated with the SmartOB Prenatal Forms version 3.15 and above and will only function when called by a new version of the SmartOB Prenatal Forms. User-specific data unavailable in previous versions will need to be entered manually into the new versions. For example, if you are using Version 3.13, Initials and Signatures will need to be entered manually into the new Users Form in later versions. Graphics are not reliably transferred by this utility.

 It runs in Excel 2003 and above. You must have Macros running in Excel for the SmartOB Forms Batch Print Utility to function. how to turn on Macros
