The license allows the number of users to copy and save an unlimited number of any version of the SmartOB^® Prenatal Forms and any future upgrades for the number of years purchased. The user(s) will receive a warning starting 30 days before the license expiration to renew the license. Once the license expires, all existing versions of the prenatal records will continue to load and run forever (thus no data or functionality will be lost), but no additions or changes to the forms will be possible.

You must LOG-IN to purchase a License. When you Create an Account, use a name that you want to appear as the "licensed to" name on the forms.

You may elect to purchase a License for more than ONE (1) year on the following Shopping Cart page. The advantage of this is that the License will be valid for the number of years purchased and will not be subject to any price increases during that time.
